‘The List’

I’m a big fan of lists. They help me organise my workload, ensure I don’t leave anything behind before travelling, and can save me a bit of money when shopping. hi Charlotte.. just saw your comment on Beyond Britless.. and just so you know.. all we are doing is giving people the chance to actually fly an aircraft (with an instructor) and instead of being a standard lesson in a low powered little training plane, we let you experience flight in a high performance classic biplane, and do aerobatics.. if you decide to trust me.. almost everyone does :)

    cheers

Hi Vincent, thanks for commenting! That’s really impressive, I always assumed you’d have to jump through a lot of hoops (excuse the pun) to be able to fly a plane. We’re considering New Zealand for our honeymoon so who knows, you might see me signing up!

Thanks Lauren! Both look soooo delicious, I wish there was a ready made one waiting for me! I’ll definitely give one a go – and you might have just given me an excuse to get that Le Creuset dish I’ve had my eye on ;)
